Getting Started

In NovoEd, journeys, also referred to as learning journeys, are collections of courses. Each of our onboarding journeys contains 2-3 courses that align with the journey’s theme.

If you are a new customer, your Customer Success Manager will enroll you in onboarding journeys and/or individual courses that align with your role. If you are an existing customer, you can also request to be enrolled in onboarding journeys through the request forms listed on the “Courses” page.

After you are enrolled in your journey or course, you will receive a welcome email. The email will contain a link to the journey or course.
