Online learning is one of the biggest trends that has seen acceleration, and it has presented an opportunity to bring different approaches of employee upskilling to the world’s workforce. That’s something Farnaz Ronaghi, co-founder and CTO of NovoEd, has been working on for nearly a decade — and, she says, the next generation of online learning experiences is the only way forward when it comes to upskilling a highly distributed workforce.
