This is What Really Happened on Goldman Sachs’ Virtual Internships

Harvard Business Review has released a postmortem of the virtual internships at Goldman Sachs. And the feedback from Goldman’s end-of-internship-survey was overwhelmingly positive.

For example, Goldman’s interns have said working remotely allowed them to be more productive than normal, likely due to the elimination of ad hoc meetings and commuting. Virtual internships also allowed Goldman’s interns to meet senior staff from around the world, instead of just in their local offices.
